Order Processing Time

• We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
• If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend, it will begin processing on the next business day.
• Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
• We will notify you by email if any item in your order is out of stock or delayed in shipping.

Order Status

To check your order status, email support-es@yeoreo.com. Include your order number, which you will receive once payment has been completed successfully. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.

Lost Packages

In all cases, the shipping company is responsible for all delivered shipments. If your package has not been delivered, contact us and we will do everything we can to help you find your lost package.
