Track Your Order

A "shipping confirmation" email from support-es@yeoreo.com with your tracking number will be sent after the order has been shipped. Depending on the product ordered, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the email to be sent. Once you receive the email, you can check your package's shipping status by entering your tracking number below.

Notes:
Order numbers are not updated immediately with an available delivery status. If the tracking number you entered shows that it is currently unavailable, don't worry: your order has already been shipped, and it takes time for the logistics provider to update the package status. The tracking number will be updated within a few business days. Depending on the destination, your order may take between 9 and 12 business days to arrive.
